In Hungarian Homok is translated into SAND. The Grapes are coming from only sandy soil.

It is a blend of Gruner Veltliner, Weissburgunder and Sauvignon Blanc.

Located near the NeusiedlSee lake in the very East part of Austria.

Isabel Coiffier and Jeremy Decoster, both started in Chablis, working among the greatest, Alice & Olivier De Moor and Lilian Duplessis then decided to move to Savoie to make their own wine, first vintage in 2016, there is a precision and linear quality to their wines that mirrors the styles of their mentors.

’Brisure' is a blend of Chardonnay, Roussette (Altesse), and direct press Gamay,


Agricola Foradori · Rosso Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT - “Lezèr”

Located in Trentino Alto-Adige, Northern most part of Italy.

This wine was born with the spirit of experimentation and continues to develop in this way.

The Grape is Teroldego, with 10% of other grapes blended.

The fermentation take place in various ways, concrete tank, wooden barrels and terra-cotta Amphorae for about 4 months, without leaving the grapes on the skin more than 24h.

Situated in the very middle Loire valley, Anjou.

A family own and well established winery is shining this Pineau D’aunis, Grolleau and Cabernet Franc sparkling rosé.

The juice was fermented in barrels and bottled when it had reached 18 grams of residual sugar. Then kept fermenting in the bottle until most of the sugar was gone.

The result is a perfect example of a pet nat that you should look forward tasting on Wednesday.
